ABSTRACT

Based on the issues of this scenario the inventor is going to keep her Partnership Business Venture. They will be funding their business with borrowed money from the bank. This will enable them to have funds for start-up cost that they are expecting to spend on their business. Then they would be able to set aside money for any on-going expenses and the anticipated revenue on how they will spend and generate the money through their business. This will allow them to be able to have capital budget money also. It also would be good to keep software like QuickBooks or Peachtree to help with keeping records for bookkeeping. The funds are coming from a financial institution they know that will allow them to pay back the loan at an acceptable time frame for them.

Investment bankers advise their clients on high level issues of financial organizations. They devise strategies for their clients that will help them develop their financial plans and how to implement them. They work long hours traveling and preparing strategy for financial analysis and other documents shaping the American and world economic by managing mergers of multibillion dollar corporations. They also handle private government assets around the world. Investment bankers work with the sales forces of their banks in selling bonds and stocks which were created by investment banking departments.

The stock market is and organized sale and trading of stocks. Stocks make a transition from one broker to another by sale or trade. This allows a company to learn how to tackle compliance and technology challenges to smoothly transfer one business to another by complying with the client. This informs them how the trading of stocks is doing and if they should sell, trade or buy. This method is a very important factor.
