Running a company can be very demanding and stressful. For the most part, it can be very rewarding. There are a lot of benefits of running a company. One of the most important aspects is being your own boss. Being your own boss is very rewarding but the reasonability is very high as well. They tend to work very long hours and will have to manage everything that runs a company. Some of these would be taxes, legal aspects, accounting, employee management, and the list can go on. In this paper, lets trim it down to legal, taxes, and accounting. There will be discussions about financial statements and the types of business models.

The business idea will be a Systems Hosting Company. This hosting company will deliver reliable and cost effective outsourcing solutions. The services will be focusing on are proactive management of customer systems, maintaining high performance and resolving issues before they impact our clients business. In this financial situation we are going through right now in our nation, companies are looking to lower cost. The IT departments are always one of the higher costs departments for a company. This company will be able to provide relief for a company in the technology realm. The customers will be able to off load their server rooms, systems, and IT personnel to us. Our hosting company will be handling all of these services out customers would like. In order to support this, we will be airing two datacenter cages. One in California and another one in Virginia, this way there will be failover just in case of a natural disaster. The company will have a high cost in the beginning, high-level personnel, infrastructure, and training. Most of this cost can be handed to the customer.
