1. William Bradford was a holly man who was born in 1590. William was married twice with two children. William died on May 9th 1657 in Plymouth.

2. One day the crew and I set sail for the new world that we had been hearing about. We knew that it would be a good time to take what the new settlers and other inhabitance have so long built up. We are the most well armed pirates to sail the Atlantic seas failure is not an option. I know this would be an easy yet long victory. Especially, since their attention will be put towards surviving the environment and expanding the settlements. The crew and I were so egger that we had pushed off all in the same week we had proposed the plan.

We had been at sea for weeks now. Food and supplies had grown scares, and hope for this devious plan had dulled among the crew. Even I as the captain had lost a large bit of ambition for this dastardly dead upon this new world. But! The thought of over powering this week, unprepared world gave me the strength to whip my crew back in sharp with promise of prosperous lives and riches to feed their greedy minds. It all had been settled among us that we needed to keep our heads held high about the situation. I had proven my position as captain once again.

All is almost lost. We have luckily spotted land and remain correctly on course. We hadn’t expected for there to be so many things accomplished here. The settlers and natives had been working together. At that moment I had lost faith in this mission for power and goods. I saw that we’re out number by too many to count. I couldn’t put my crew threw bloodshed when I myself didn’t even see a victory in my future. The crew began to be unstable, and judgmental of my dictions to steer from this colony. I feel as if I have betrayed every one, I know there is no respect left within my crew.

The captain is dead. We have all decided to strike tonight.
