Executive Summary

This is a research paper set out to present many of the major economic points to the country Ghana Africa. Ghana is located on the west coast line of Africa and covers a total area of 238540 square kilometers of which 8,520 square kilometers are water. Ghana is a rather poor state controlled by the wealthy and agriculture is the main source of income.

The purpose of this paper is to present the facts of Ghana as a country and to show the benefits of a taxi service in the country of Ghana. Through my review of the country’s demographics, economics and class structures I will present the need for a taxi service for the people of Ghana, mainly the farmer and his goods. The taxi service will need to provide for the local farmer and help them to travel to town with their harvest. As only one quarter of Ghana’s roadways is paved a fleet of four-wheel drive vehicles will help the farmer navigate to town in a much quicker way and his harvest will still be fresh. The economic and health impact of a means of travel for the agricultural world of Ghana would be substantial. Increasing income and trade, and improving the health of the poverty stricken Ghanaian a taxi service to help the farmer of Ghana would be an amazing feat.
