Corporate Compliance at Riordan Manufacturing
Riordan Manufacturing has added a Corporate Compliance Manager (CCM) to the
and procedures manual. The CCM will make changes and additions to these policies and
procedures once it has been brought to the management team to ensure that Riordan
Manufacturing to be within compliance guidelines. The recommended changes will be
addressed within this corporate compliance plan. The CCM will base the policy and procedures
on corporate governance which will outline the rules, processes and laws that govern our
operation, regulation and control of our business as a manufacturer.This will also give guidance
for our corporation in regards to external forces such as consumers, clients and government
Alternative Dispute Resolution Clause
Riordan Manufacturing has added an alternative resolution clause. Under this ADR the
directors and management team will have a way to manage corporate compliance from all of the
employees in the corporation. Riordan Manufacturing’s policy and procedure manual will give
guidance for corporate compliance and governance for correcting infractions on compliance
standards. The alternative resolution clause is as follows, “person(s) who are in violation of the
guidelines set forth in the Corporate Compliance Plan are subject to disciplinary actions which
include verbal, written warnings, suspension and termination of employment. The severity of the
addition of an ADR is to increase employee awareness on the importance of compliance within
the manufacturing industry and to give the directors and management team a way to document
violations, reduce risk, and reduce liability for non-compliance through quality control.
