When Haitians family weak-up in the morning the women in the household make breakfast early in the morning. They serve the family spaghetti with hot dogs, boil eggs on the side and lettuce, or yellow corn meal with a little spice with dry fish in it and slice of avocado on the side and a glass of orange juice or lemonade juice to drink. The Americans in the morning eat pancakes, they put syrup on it or butter. Sometimes the pancakes they eat can be homemade, also eat pre-made frozen pancakes. Or they toasted bread, they put butter or peanut butter or jelly on the bread and a cup of coffee for the adults, for the children a glass of orange juice or milk.
