Riordan Manufacturing is requesting that we implement a new modern, and up-to-date information system to combine all of their current Human resources (HR) system into one cohesive system. To reach our goal, we have to conduct a very detailed and through investigation . We need to look at all the current systems that Riordan Manufacturing is using. We have to consider what information need to be gathered by talking and interviewing all the key stakeholders. We have to make sure the we provide the best information to them so that we can get the required information back from them. This will help get us the tools that will help create a system that will help us with our project management and will also help us organize the information properly so that nothing is over looked. The human resource department will also appreciate all the gathering of information.

What key stakeholders in Riordan Manufacturing would you gather requirements from?

To gather all the proper information we have to make sure that in the information gathering faze we include all the key stakeholders within the Riordan company. We have to start at the very top with the upper management of Riordan. This will help us in knowing what exactly is required of the new system and what they expect to have and what all the due dates are.

Some of the key stake holders will be

1 President and CEO Dr. Michael Riordan as per the Riordan Manufacturing website he “determines and formulates all business strategies” (Riordan Manufacturing, 2012). His input will directly affect the new system and how it is implemented. His feedback will be of great use
