Subject: Analyzing My Co-Workers

As requested, I analyzed my co-workers, including what they do, challenges and organizational goals and pet peeves. Other topics of what do they value, how satisfying their job is and how outside issues affect their work. Hiring more employees would bring the moral up in the workplace and help the employees who do work there with stress management.

Job Description

Requests for orders to include parts, office supplies, training and services are sent to our supervisors, who pass work evenly to each Purchasing Agent. We do market research to find the best price on that particular purchase. We then enter the order into our system and have our supervisors approve the purchase. After the approval is given we then place the order. Once the order is shipped and our credit cards are charged we have to reconcile the purchases in our system and in our banks system.

This takes more time away from placing the orders.

My co-workers value family, friends and time off work. With being on mandatory overtime it's much more apparent.
