Performance Management Policy

Purpose

The policy is to help the employee for the benefit of both the individual and the company. It should be used to identify problem areas and attempt to agree steps to redress the problem. This policy will set criteria for rewarding employees according to their performance levels.

Scope

This policy applies on all employees of Buksh Group regardless of their performance level i.e. Average, Above Average or Extraordinary. Different strategies and different ways will be adopted to manage their performance. Performance management should also be focused on:

1. The organization

2. Departments

3. Processes

4. Management

5. Programs (implementing new policies and procedures to ensure a safe workplace; or, for a nonprofit, ongoing delivery of services to a community)

6. Products or services to internal or external customers

7. Projects

8. Teams or groups organized to accomplish a result for internal or external

9. Customers

Policy

The performance management policy will lay down the procedure to be followed when an employee consistently fails to meet the standards required by the company. If employees are fully capable, but unwilling to carry out their job properly this should be dealt with as misconduct and dealt with under the disciplinary procedure. Managers/Supervisors are responsible for conducting substantive discussions and taking conclusive performance-related actions. These actions include selecting or

1. developing performance plans along with HR ,

2. communicating outcomes and expectations to employees,

3. establishing employees' development plans,

4. providing performance-related feedback to employees at prescribed intervals,

5. preparing end-of-cycle summaries,

6. Discussing the summaries with employees
