Jacksonville School of Orthodontics

Enjoy:• Free screening• Minimal down payment options• Average payments as low as $119 per month• Overall cost approximately 40 percent less than at most commercial offices• Partial coverage by military and many other insurance companies• Most dental insurance plans are accepted• Major credit cards accepted

As a teaching facility, and as part of our service to the community, the School provides expert, professional orthodontic treatment at a fraction of the cost patients would incur at comparable commercial facilities. Our “no interest” payment program makes braces affordable for any member of your family.

We Offer Two Payments Plans to Suit You:Option 1: A minimal down payment, the remainder spread out during the treatment period.Option 2: Payment in full with an administrative discount of 10%.

Note: Invisalign payments of $500 are due at impression, $500 at time of appliance delivery, and the remainder paid in either 11- or 16-month installments of $200, depending on the type of treatments.

* Fees include all appliances, appliance insertion visits, active treatment, and retention fees. Fees do not include records fee or treatment extensions due to excessive appliance breakage or loss.

The fees listed above include the appliance insertion, active treatment, and retention fees.

These fees DO NOT include the records fee which is an additional $129

If treatment becomes extended due to excessive appliance breakage or loss, or chronically missed appointments, additional monthly fees will be charged pro-rated at $119 per month.

If you have selected a monthly payment option, payments are due regardless of whether or not we treat the patient during that particular month. Payments are not related to the number of times in a month that a patient is seen, they are merely a method of budgeting your total fee over time.
