Working Procedures

Large materials are reduced to small particles by jaw crusher, and the crushed materials are sent to stock bin by an elevator. The materials are evenly, quantitatively and continuously sent to the grinding chamber by vibrating feeder for grinding, and the ground power is taken away by airflow of the blower. After being classified by a classifier, the power with qualified fineness flows through the pipe into cyclone collector for separation, after this, power is discharged through the powder pipe. The airflow is sucked into the blower through the return air duct of the cyclone collector. The entire airflow system is a closed loop, and the airflow is circulated under a state of positive and negative pressure.
