Codes of practice is the foundation of an organisations beliefs and customers, employees, other stakeholders can get an in-depth view of how they see themselves and their relationship with each other. The code of practice also conveys of how employees, customers, and other stakeholders can expect to be treated as a result

Why are they important

Organisations will develop codes of practices to communicate principles and values that will make them attractive to customers, employees, suppliers and other stake holders.
