Iron ore crushing equipment is also widely used in the industries of mining, metallurgy, building materials, road, railway and water conservancy, the maximum compressive strength of the material can be as high as 320MPa. In the iron ore beneficiation process, there will inevitably be crusher equipment wear and tear. But the reasons and solutions are not simple. There are two major reasons which will cause the device fatigue wear. The second one is the contact fatigue wear. The equipment is easily triggered by shear stress, plastic deformation and it can results in the equipment wear.
