Executive summary

This assignment is aim to understand and analysis traveler’s recent domestic airline experiences. There are 6 main sections compose this assignment, namely introduction, justification of this study, briefly research method explanation, findings and discussions, conclusion and recommendations.

Introduction gives the readers a background of this assignment which invited 3 respondents (a doctor, a accounting intern and a student) who have token domestic airlines recently. Two of the respondents took an interview, another respondent through telephone to answer the questionnaire.

Justification of the study illustrates the signification of the article. This assignment based on the information provided by 3 respondents to help managers make decisions, find out what passengers think about their airline services, and forecast the future potential sales for the company.

Briefly research method explanation explains the sample size, geographic, and method of data collection and research method.

Findings and discussions are interpreting and reporting the findings from the 3 questionnaires, and discuss the similarities and dissimilarities of each questions, estimate current marketing shot comes and future strategies.

Conclusion are based on the finings above to conclude the critical problems and limitations in the airline industry, describe 3 respondents’ experiences and evaluation of the latest airline company they have chosen.

Recommendations give the most critical suggestions from the findings above. Researcher based on interpretations to find out what the passengers’ expectations and what they did not expect or hope for, what should the domestic airline companies do to improve their services and generate more value to the companies development.
