Approach in the Production Line:

The raw material is transferred to Jaw Crusher for principal crushing by Vibrating Feeder, then the crushed supplies are transferred to sand making machine through Belt Conveyor for secondary crushing. The crushed supplies shall be transferred for the vibrating screen. The supplies with appropriate size is going to be transferred to Sand Washing Machine, immediately after being washed, then clean final items is going to be discharged. The other folks with unsuitable size will be screened from vibrating screen, then is going to be transferred towards the sand making machine, this types a closed circuit manifold cycles.
