How to conduct paper search

First I found many resources like the company background and some main issue relative information from the internet, including web, blog, question answer and comment. Then other information, especially like the academic information I found from the UCD library and PDF articles from the internet. I used the Business Source Complete from database in the UCD library to found some academic journey.

The Research limitation

When I found recourse form UCD library, in the beginning, I just put some board words to research. But after some findings, I found it is difficult to find useful reference from such a lot articles. So I analysis of what to search for study problems, carefully, then I use the key words to search. These help me to quickly and efficiently find useful content.

Because of this is the secondary research that all research resources were from internet and UCD on line library, so some information I had found were written for a period and delay that may not suitable for now.

Because of the situation were most found from internet, Some negative news, and real situation that cause employees leave too frequently can not be objectively reflect. Some of the details, experience, and actual case of employees are more difficult to find in the regular pages. But I can found from some real resource from some comments and blog that can help me know more reality information.
