Career planning

In this article the authors reveal the process related to the planning of career perspective showing importance of its development for planning of career. The article is developed by introducing the attitudes of teachers and lecturers towards their own career. This article finds that there are no statistical significant differences in perceptions on the learning process and outcome in learning styles.
