Water Cycle Performance Task

You are to the complete the following activity with a partner.

You are a water droplet. Describe your journey through the water cycle.

1. Include and correctly explain your journey using all of the following vocabulary words: condensation, evaporation, precipitation, water cycle, water vapor, cools, heats, gas, solid, liquid, collection, and clouds.

2. Underline the words in your description.

3. You are also to include a diagram or picture to help describe your journey.

4. Please color and label your project

You will be provided with a poster board to help display your final project.

You will be graded on how accurately you use and include the words, the detail and accuracy of your diagram or picture, and the neatness of your overall project. I will also be looking for correct spelling. You may use your notes and any other information you have in your notebook to help you with this project.

We will work on this project in class.

The final project, completed will be due April 8, 2010
