1. How would you describe or characterize the creative process? What is your day-to-day work environment like (assume this normally would involve face-to-face teams)? How would you spend your day? What is your office environment like? Who do you communicate with and how? What is the nature of your relationship with your co-workers? What are the demands on your time? Etc.…

The creative process involves many people, not just the team you are working within. You need to work with the clients, the creative team, the directors etc. At first, the clients give you a brief, saying what will be the point of your relationship, what you will have to do etc. Then you have to develop a good relationship with your clients, as you will work with them for the whole time of the project, you will have to interact with them almost every day during this team working time. Mostly, the creative process is a team project, an interaction between many people working in different teams but working together.

You spend your day working on the brief with your colleagues in the creative team, at the agency where you work face to face, probably in an open-space where everyone has their cubicle but where everyone can talk to anyone whenever they want because this is a job that requires a lot of talking to your coworkers, a lot of communication with the clients, getting back and forth emails and phone calls to update the brief and talking about your new ideas. This is probably one of the jobs that requires the most communication between the team workers and that has different teams related that need communication every single day.

Your relationship with your coworkers is mainly face-to-face, you can easily expose your ideas to them and to your boss, call the clients if you need more information about what they want, and how they want it, when they want it.
