COMPLAINT

Comes now the plaintiff, Justin King, by and through his attorney, Kimberly Glackin, states as follows:

I. PARTIES:

1. Plaintiff, Justin King, for all times mentioned herein, was and is a resident of Chicago, Illinois.

2. The defendant, Anheuser Busch is now, and at all times mentioned in this complaint is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the state of Illinois with its place of business in the state of Illinois as well as in St. Louis, Missouri.

3. This action arises from a car accident which occurred on April 8, 2011 on 7900 Block of Interstate 57 of Ford County 15.5 miles South of Paxton, Illinois.

II: JURISDICTION AND VENUE;

4. This court has jurisdiction over the subject matter of this action under 28 U.S.C. § 1332 because plaintiff is a resident of Illinois, and the defendant is a citizen of Cook County of Illinois, and the amount in controversy exceeds $75,000, exclusive of fees and costs. Personal jurisdiction and venue are proper in this District pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1391 because the acts of defendant caused harm to plaintiff in Paxton County, of Illinois State.

III. STATEMENT OF FACTS:

5. On or about April 8, 2012, plaintiff, Justin King was traveling south of Chicago on Interstate 57 on his black Harley Davidson motorcycle.

6. The reason being on interstate 57 is due to a contract deal he was signing for MCI Records.

6. Plaintiff, Justin King, was driving south bound on Interstate 57.
