Happiness is something that lives inside each of us, but not all the people are able to feel it. You can’t buy happiness or sell it, you can never win it in the lottery, that’s why we cannot to learn to be happy. The only way to be happy is to grow your happiness.

As for me, I know so many things that can make me feel happy. For example , during my favorite football match ,I have a lot of emotions, when my team scores I always happy. Moreover, snow makes me happy too, because when it is snowy children play snowball ,make a snowman ,adults and teenagers can go skiing and do other winter sports, and there is a Christmas spirit. Furthermore, I become happy when I get good marks at school.

First of all, I like joking, it brings my friend happy, so I have many friends. Secondly, it is impossible for me not to seek out and remember the joyful moments. I really depend on my memories. And thirdly, I always try to remember that happiness is made, not found. That’s why I have so many aims and things to achieve. As for things that I hate doing, I don’t like to put blame on other people. I try to be honest with myself. When I feel pressurized, I am so angry and lose my temper. Sometimes I am so pessimistic about life and it is a really difficult time to survive. For me it is what a really hate.

No doubt, that pessimists are unhappier than optimists. But we have to be realists and clear the air. We should adopt more adult approaches to things and if we do this we will be on the cloud nine. We shouldn’t forget that there are always options, alternatives and possibilities from which to choose. Optimists usually fill their life with a lot of beautiful and worthy things, they try to look cheerful and happy even when they’re not, they do it for the sake of others. That’s why I agree that positive thinking makes us happy.
