In the major business functions, quality assurance is an integral function. Quality assurance is necessary in order to make sure that the functions and standards are followed effectively and efficiently. A company can save millions of dollars by using a valuable quality assurance approach. An organization’s profitability is correlated to its overall productivity strategy and in reality, as it affects both external and internal customers, it may be responsible for the longevity of an organization. In order to make sure that functions and standards are followed effectively and efficiently, a number of software programs are available within the quality assurance spectrum. It is beneficial to taken into consideration about the overall sensitivity and alignment of the program with respect to the industry and capacity of the organization while choosing the most useful and fit software program for the organization (Lind, Marchal, & Wathen, 2008).

The sensitivity of the test same as the proportion of output that can be accurately recognized and are true defects or bottlenecks while making such a decision. In particular, it is necessary to equate to the proportion of tests that have exactly recognized which are not bottlenecks or true defects. So, the most useful information that will be presented shows the chance of having a false positive, and actually our primary concern was to recognize the bottlenecks or defects which are not true bottlenecks and defects. This data will be useful in minimizing powerful error and waste by helping us to take decision about the implementation of specific program.
