In May 2000, Google released the first 10 language versions of Google.com and in June 2000, Google is the world’s largest search engine. Growing fast Google continues to open offices throughout the United States and world. Offering abundant amounts of information, Google’s search engines and simplicity of use, make Google the most popular instrument of choice of the world’s population. Opportunities to advertise locally, nationally, and internationally make so that corporations are not restricted to whom or where they market their products.

Technology changing and growing every day, Google not only flows with the changes but also flourishes with the changes by improving the company within. After an ex-employee of Google created Twitter, Google had to implement a code of conduct that employees must adhere to. They have programs set up to motivate employees to think creatively and a reward system for bringing new ideas to the table (Swift, 2011). Google encourages their employees to be entrepreneurs and employees; one way that is accomplished is with employee groups. Employees at Google are hands-on contributors and have the flexibility and encouragement to move around the company contributing their ideas to projects. Google offers products that are accessible on the desktop and mobile devices. Web search is easy and fast with the ability to do custom searches, blog searches, patent searches, finance, product, scholar, and trends, all of which offer the ability to send alerts via e-mail with the updates on the topics of choice.
