INTRODUCTION

The business environment of global competition, the rapid development of the complex and changing customer needs and IT requirements of enterprises to improve internal operational efficiency at the same time, strengthen the cooperation with suppliers, partners and customers. The development of the theory of supply chain pointed out the direction for the enterprise, but that how to implementation is placed in entrepreneurs that is a major problem. SCOR model will be the tool to solve this problem.

INTO THE SCOR

Supply Chain Operations Reference model SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference-model) is developed by the Supply Chain Council support, suitable for different industrial sectors. It can help companies better integrate the resources of the supply chain, realized based on the functions of management to changes based process management. SCOR model consists of the following three levels:

The first layer of the SCOR model describes five basic processes: plan (Plan), procurement (Source), production (Make), shipping (Deliver) and return (Return). It defines the scope and content of the supply chain operations reference model. Enterprises through the analysis of the first layer of the SCOR model make basic strategic decisions.

The second layer of the SCOR model configuration layer is composed of a number of core processes. Most companies are building their supply chain from the second layer of the SCOR model, often exposed the existing process inefficient or ineffective, to spend much time on the restructuring of the existing supply chain to reduce suppliers, factories and the number of distribution centers and other forms of restructuring.

The third layer of the SCOR model is a process decomposition layer, which gives the details of the elements of the classification process of the second layer of each process, and defines the required inputs and possible outputs of the respective process elements.
