Performing radio optimization for Huawei part(as a part of the multi-vendor managed services contract) in Cairo area directly responsible for the following:

▪ Optimizing radio performance on a daily basis.

▪ Introducing new features to improve accessibility/retainaiblity KPIs(radio link re-establishment, periodic DRD..etc)

▪ Improving call drop rate to meet the contractual SLA

▪ Improving Ps accessibility by applying new RAN12 features.

▪ Analyzing CHR, PCHR files using UMAT tool.

▪ Analyzing GPEH exceptions,UETR traces

▪ Improving performance and KPIs on major roads in Cairo area

▪ Performing regular audits on the network and giving recommendations for parameter audits

▪ Enhancing end user throughput and perception using new RAN12 HSPA features (CPC,low throughput access,HS-SCCH less transmission ..etc)

▪ Managing capacity issues and performing studies to check for the bottle necks of capacity in the network
