The aim of this business report is to assist customers or investors identifying whether Telstra is a commendable company to invest in, by investigating Telstra’s ethical issue in terms of gender equality and its profitability in terms of income statement.

The results indicate that the performance of gender equality in Telstra is conducted well and the income statement, regarding net profit and net profit ration, is successfully remarkable in recent five years.

Therefore, it is recommended that Telstra Corporate Limited is worthy of investing in, although this business report has the limitations because of the author’s limited knowledge, limited writing length and limited contents.
