From years ago the courts have had to work out what constitutes an offer which is an essential element in contract which is a way in contract law used to fix whether an agreement exists or not , in such communication may be to a specific individuals or organization to a specific segment of offerees or even to different ones , and by accepting it automatically we’ll have one person or one party who is the offeror and another person or party who is the offeree. An offer is a declaration of willingness to contract on a specific set of terms, made by the offeror with the intention that, if the offer is accepted, he or she will be bound by a contract , this is obviously of some importance because once you have made an offer you are immediately vulnerable to being bound by a contract which mean that a legal correct contract is established.

The “expression” reffered to a the definition can take different forms, such as a letter , newspaper, fax , email even a conduct as long as it is communicates between two parties or more ,the basis on which the offeror is prepared to contract .An offer can be withdrawn so long as it has not been accepted , but so long as the offer continues it’ s nearly has to be accepted by the other party to create a legally binding relationship between the two parties . As well as being the act which lead to formation of contract, it does also serves the purpose of stating the terms clearly on which it is prepared to be bound. Because an offer is so important that’s why we should be more specific .so in any particular case it is so important to examine what was said or written and see if it is capable in law of amounting to an offer ,because the more definite the communication , the more likely it is to make a valid offer , if an offer spells out such terms as price , time , quality , quantity , and the place of delivery , obviously in these cases we can find that there is an offer that it has to be sufficiently certain to be...
