Course Project

The proposal is to transform the old way that payroll receives their information on time worked and time off of Memphis City Schools District. By using the cloud process, employees will be able to access information such as, actual start date of employment, how many years they have worked, and how much sick and vacation time they have accrued. They will also have access to how much their upcoming raises may be and see how much their actual pay will be. Through the implementation of the cloud process, with security safe guards in place to protect this information, employees will have access from anywhere within the district.
