I. Executive Summary

My first day on the job was terrible. Demanded split second decisions for problems, business-plan presentation for a product, and a jagged flash shot across my window. I wasn’t meant to be executive after all. Not that I ever really thought I was. I’ve been covering management and leadership for 10 years, but my actual experience has remained largely theatrical. Thankfully, I had a story to write.
