1. What are the key inputs to successfully implement MRP? As a result of these inputs, which outputs are expected from MRP?

- The independent demand information.

- Parent-Component relationships from the BOM.

- Inventory status of final product and components.

- Planned order releases.

The visibility of these key inputs makes it easier to plane for the future requirements.
