The case study is finding the best solution for Community Medical Center, where the president needs to make a decision that will help everyone involved and go by the mission and vision statement at the Medical Center . The mission statement: The mission of Community Medical Center is to improve the health of our community by providing high quality, caring, culturally appropriate primary health care that addresses the needs of people .In order to accomplish this mission in a way that is consistent with the values of the organization, programs and policies must be established. The Community Medical Center main goal is to improve and maintain the health of their community that is why at the medical center they provide, high quality treatments, promoting good health and maintenance through the integrated system of hospital, clinical and health services. Education is very important as well to the medical center, that is why they support programs , interns and continuing education for their employees

The President of the Community Medical Center has a problem involving a nurse that may be infected with HIV/AIDS and the other staff members are having an issue with her working there and want the nursed to be removed. Employees have rights to their privacy first of all and do not have to disclose to anyone of their health issues if they do not want to and as long as they do not put anyone at risk there should not be a problem, but first let me explain the HIV/AIDS virus.
