The main goal of any business is to grow and earn substantial profits. In order to reach that goal, a business has to first attract customers into the business. This final paper is on the subject of Al-Meezan my family owned business, adding Kings Kulfi, an Indian frozen desert cone to its inventory of products and offering it to its customers. This paper will first carry out a market analysis; secondly the paper will execute an analysis of market segmentation; thirdly a breakdown of customer decision process will be done; a discussion of marketing plan assessment will be discussed and lastly, a discussion of a contingency plan will be completed.
