Please provide the following basic information. This section helps establish background and context to the problem and system you are describing.

1. Name of Organisation or System to be modelled ShenTong Company. This company is a Chinese EMS company, they receive orders from online store, and deliver the ordered product to the corresponding customers. 2. Brief background of the Organisation or System to be modelled From 2009 to 2010, some online store website, such as JingDong, TaoBao, Yiqu and PaiPai, were launch in the internet. With the intensive advertisement and the advantage of lower price and convenience, online shopping becomes very popular. Currently, there are also many new domestic online shopping website and some famous foreign online shopping websites keep entry in the Chinese market. Nowadays, people can buy anything they want from internet. Because of the rapid growth in online shopping business, the EMS becomes more important. Because the product purchased by customers, should delivered by the EMS Company. Thus, a lot of EMS Companies were established. However, because insufficient founding resources and human resources, there companies are unable to handle a hug order received from customers. So some problems like dissatisfaction of customers or high operation cost that will threat these new EMS Company. ShenTong is an EMS Company, who has the largest market share in China.
