3. Organization restructuring is done in any organization to better manage the available resources as per the demands of various projects. Middle and lower level managers are responsible in managing those resources. Not only that but the middle and lower level managers have good insights on the scopes of the project. Hence, they are the one who have the first insights that an organizational restructuring towards project management is necessary. Upper level managers are generally involved in high level decision making with the top level management while laborers are involved in detailed project level tasks to realize any such needs.

4. Project Managers are the people who are managing the project and making sure it’s done within the completion constraints. For a project to be successfully completed, various resources with various skill sets are needed. Project managers do not control or supervise these resources directly and therefore they have to help themselves by using their communication skills when negotiating with the line managers. Not only that, they have to be very careful on how they handle all these resources together and drive them towards completion of the project.
