BUS 302 GROUP 7 CONTRACT

This contract is hereby executed by the following parties (group members): Laura Rodriguez, Simran Bhinder, Chenjun Feng (Ivan), Miguel Gomez, Yilong Wang (Ryan), and Vardui Sultanyan, all of whom personally appeared on such date.

The above group members personally agree and are bound to the following list of rules of behavior that pertain to group cases and/or assignments for the Saturday course of BUS 302 with professor Behnam Abrams.

ATTENDANCE

1. Scheduled meetings will be on Saturdays beginning at 12:30pm and ending at 2:30pm and on Tuesday mornings from 9:30am to 11:30am.

2. All group members are open to staying later on Saturday meetings if deemed necessary to complete projects.

3. Group meetings will begin promptly on time.

4. All group members agree to come to the meetings prepared and use time efficiently.

5. It is crucial for the group for everyone to participate therefore a late attendance and absences will have the following consequences:

* 1st late/absence- Warning

* 2nd late/absence- Warning of a low evaluation score by team members.

* 3rd late/absence- Group meeting to determine the reason why it’s continuous and determine if maybe the issue can be resolved. Perhaps the meeting day, time, etc. doesn’t work for the individual and we can accommodate a different meeting day and/or time.

* 4th late/absence- Final Step, it’s inconsiderate to the rest of the group and after 3 lates this person isn’t taking the group/class seriously therefore the team contact will escalate it to Professor.

COMMUNICATION

1. The preferred method of communication by all group members in order are as follows: e-mail, text, phone, Google docs

2. All group members are expected to respond to team communications within 24 hours, therefore e-mail accounts and cell phones shall be checked daily.
