The Union of Information Technology and Engineering Students and Business Administration (UNITES and BA) will be hosting a 5-day event called Technology Week to be held on August 12-16, 2013 at Bulacan State University, Bustos Campus. Our goal is to introduce the most recent technologies that are fellow students are not familiar with. We will be conducting contests and seminars, relevant to the course they are currently taking. Also, a highly anticipated cosplay event is on-the-line for all of them. We will also conduct an outreach program by orienting out-of-school children about computers.

We really want this event to be successful and we are looking to Smart Communications, Inc. to help us reach our goal by donating Php10,000.00 for the awards, prizes, and other expenses.

In return for your donation, we would be more than happy to promote Smart Communications, Inc. by:

listing the company name and logo on our event's website, programme and invitation;

mentioning the company name during our opening and closing ceremonies

introducing the company's newest products and promos

demoing the company's services

inviting you and/or people from the company to our event; and/or
