PLEASE include the following when answering questions:

1. Evidence of Critical Thinking: Demonstrate clear evidence of critical thinking; (application, analysis, synthesis and evaluation). Postings are characterized by clarity of argument, depth of insight into theoretical issues, originality of treatment, relevancy, and sometimes include unusual insights and flashes of brilliance. Apply concepts or principles from the textbook or the lecture in your analysis. Provide a rationale, not an opinion.

2. Making a connection to a real world: Arguments are well supported by real-world example(s) gathered from any of the following sources -- textbook, journals, magazines, the Internet, or personal experience. Please include reference (and link if available online) for examples that are taken from sources other than the textbook or your personal experiences.
