In today’s competitive world, challenge accepted is a promise made. It has always been analyzed that working with the members from different cultures is always a challenge. In the present briefing paper we will be analyzing the experience of engaging each other in an International Team. It was very important for us to understand the effectiveness and efficiency of the work as a group irrespective of our belongingness to different cultures.

The aim of this briefing paper is the reflection of our engagement with our team members. We being an integration of five countries representing India, China, Pakistan, Nigeria, Kenya tried to make sure that we use different persuasion strategies and try to understand the importance of application Hofstede (1980) cultural dimensions and how the individual strengths work together introduced by Belbin (Ducanis & Golin 1999) and also analyzing the different team roles introduced by Kantor (2005). The key area is to identify the true structure of teamwork and to achieve a healthy group dynamics.

References have taken been taken from books and journals and websites, but it is very important for us to analyze the relationship of an individual with the group and enhance our learning. The basis of working together is that we should learn each others values and traditions, While forming a team was important but the point of more importance was that how easily we can get ADAPTED and ACKNOWLEDGE each others culture.
