4. Does the blog fulfill its expressed goal?

Yes, the whole blog is focus on the importance of feedback, and the suggestions about how to provide quality feedback.

1. Is the look and feel of the site pleasing?

Yes. There is a picture at the top of the site, and the picture is fit the topic very much.

2. How is the flow?

It’s fluent. First, the author summarizes why feedback is important, then he lists 10 tips to provide quality feedback.
