Linseed oil is natural oil derived from dry and ripe seeds of flax plant. Linseed oil is also commonly known as flaxseed oil. Linseed oil is obtained from the seeds by pressing as well as by solvent extraction process. Linseed oil has an unique polymerizing property by virtue of which it can polymerize into a solid form.
