The Performance level of the released software is not identified before delivery and the Software maturity safeguards are inefficient .Critical defects are found at the end of the project lifecycle or discovered during the customer acceptance phase.

2 High level goals (Customer requirement):

1. Discover the defects early in the projects lifecycle to ensure better control of the projects (costs, performance)

2. Limit the projects costs variance and increase profit.

3. Revise the existent business process to determine the processes control limit , and optimize the software maturity rate ,

4. Increase the Customer satisfaction ,

3 Impact on the business :

1. Attain 85% VOC (Current VOC: 80%),

2. Profit > 84K€ per year ,
