In the near future, each of us ,perhap will become an investor,financial advisor...in the real financial markets such as debt securities,stock, bond or derivatives.To have a successful investment, it is important for us to find and understand about targeted company and its financial situation. That is the reason why we do this kind of research.This research is created to help investors evaluating the net value of a firm.What is its net value?Moreover, investor also evaluate business potential and efficiency as well as the risk in the future.From all of these information, investors will make decision whether to invest or not.

This research also show the important role of financial statement in determining the firm’s value.These financial statements reflect the result and operating situation of the firm with the target value.They also are the important and necessary resources for corporate governance .

Besides , the research also represent how business are analyzed to assess the value they create and how financial analysis is developed for strategy and planning of company in the future.That means, the company will try to evaluate its current operating situation,as the result to forecast the future value and develope suitable strategy to get these value.
