As a parent what would you do?  

What kind of parent are you?

When I was young all little girls grew up thinking about getting married and having children.  As a young adult I got married and as for having children, I was undecided.  I chose to leave it up to God.  About a year later on January 23, 2003 I found out I was pregnant.  I went through a lot of different emotions and at the end of my own assessment I believed it was a high power that sent this child to me.  I was not sure until much later why I was chosen…

On September 23, 2003 I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy who would be called Jordan.  Jordan had a full head of brown hair with blond highlighted tips that many women pay a lot of money to have.  As the first couple of years went on I tried to be a good mother and work hard to provide for my child.  When Jordan started to talk that was my first indications of what my life would be.  

Jordan, by the age of 2, would say things like he was a girl and when we were out and people would comment on what a cute little boy I had Jordan would quickly pipe up and state that he was a girl.  I would immediately correct him and advise that he was indeed a boy.  Jordan always naturally gravitates to anything girl like when we went to pick out our first big boy underwear, Jordan went for the princess underwear..1st pair of shoes Jordan went for the girly sparkly ones.  When he was told no Jordan threw such a fit in the store that Jordan was no longer going shopping with me. By the age of three Jordan was very determined to let me know that he was a girl. Jordan would look for reasons such as…I have a niece that was born with no hair and Jordan stated that he wished he was born with no hair.
