Objectives

Objectives:

Stand first on the list is enhancing the event coordination, which is of paramount importance objectives. It is about organizing an event for the tournament of body building, how the event can hold successfully, makes or breaks of the degree of coordination with colleagues or different departments.

Upgrading the event creation knowledge  is  my second mission. Through this placement, I am able to in touch with such event creation knowledge, which let me handle or create an event more easier. It is good for my future careers as well.

Apart from those objectives, improving my independence in task performance is also one of my missions. What if I can work independently, I can totally control the situation and reduce the time. Making good use of time can lessen the workload and the working schedules can be well-planned.

Above all, one thing is not something to be ignored, keep in good punctuality. Punctuality is the basic attitude that we need to have. Punctuality reflects that whether the person is well-disciplined and responsible. Furthermore, if we go to somewhere not on time, there must be something missed or even having catastrophic consequences. So, enhancing the event coordination, upgrading the event creation knowledge,  improving my independence in task performance,  keeping in good punctuality are the points that I concerned.

Aims:

The matter that I want to learn through this placement is the event planning. Planning is everything as it is useful in our daily life and on a daily basis, ranging from planning for one day work to planning for long term prospects. Without planning, the work flow must not be run smoothly and the event may be ruined.

The second thing that I would like to learn is the problem-solving skills. As obtaining a problem-solving skills can improve the degree of independence. Besides, acquiring the problem-solving skills is good for different areas of my life, no matter is the study or the future careers.
