1. Introduction

Japan locates in the east part of Asia and northwest part of Pacific Ocean. The nearby countries are China, South Korea and Russia. The Japanese land contains four big islands: Honshu, Hokkaido, Kyushu and Shikoku and other 7200 islands. The total surface area is 378 thousands of square kilometers. Japanese is their main language and the total population is 126 millions. The capital of Japan is Tokyo that is also one of the biggest city in the world among New York and London. Also Japan is the third-largest economy by nominal GDP.

3.1 The relationship between religion and business culture

In the history of religion in Japan, Confucianism, Buddhism and Shinto have the most impact on Japanese society. And because the geography reasons, Japan has been greatly influenced by China Culture for example Tang Dynasty. Lots of building in Kyoto is a copy of the building of Tang Dynasty. Since A.D. 450, Chinese culture and philosophy ideas have diffused into Japan along with Confucianism and Buddhism that are the most well spread culture in Asia. After ages and ages, “Forgive” and “Loyalty”, the main idea of those two ideologies of these two philosophies, became the core part of Japanese business culture.
