Introduction

Net Neutrality, though the term was not used, the essence of its birth cry belongs to the open access movement which was lead by Lawrence Lessing, a political activist. It is one of the basic proclamations of the Internet. It assures users of Internet to escapade the Internet to their own discretion in spite of intercession of Internet service provider (ISP). It stronglytolerates users’ freedom to check websites without diminution by governements or ISPs. It safeguards non private Internet space with no bias on the basis of content of the site or any sort of features it has and it provides. Net Objectivity, from its inception, the dictum of the Internet.

The Internet provider providers who offer more than 90% of broadband Internet service, covet to strike off Net Objectivity for thereafter, they will be in capacity to isolate contents on the Internet to tolerate their own service and content. Any of these providers, their partners and their relevant firms supports keeping the Internet as the open platform. Users, website owners, entrepreneurs, pioneers, major branded companies including apple and high profile individuals like Steve Wozniak, co-founder of Apple Company are supporting the campaign against Non Net Neutrality (NNN) policy.

If Net Objectivity is ceased, the Internet as we have been seeing it, will no more exists. End of Net neutrality fetches Phone providers; Cable providers the ability to charge Internet content providers - and more over individuals - an extra charge for drop-shipping content, bringing down the open information market place to a mean taxable market. They might be in a capacity to turn down, deny or block the website that does not pay the excess amount levied. New debut entries into the internet that have minimum resources and needs a healthy competition for their growth will no longer survive as there will be no impartiality.
