Regression Assignment - 2

The two Educational Attainment Variables we have selected are 'Bachelors' and 'Masters', this is because we assumed that this would be the most educational attainment people would prefer and a bit easier to attain than 'Doctoral' and also better than the other educational attainments given.

The three Composite Skill Variables we have created are 'Resource Management', 'Production Analysis', 'Creative Thinking'.

Resource Management: The three skill sets we combined are 'Management Financial Resources', 'Management Material Resources', 'Management Personnel Resources'. These three skill sets were chosen because a skill of any employee in a company is to work in a given constraint so he has to use the resource given to the employee better so having this skill will make the employee sought after. We are trying to measure how good an employee manages the different resources given.

Production Analysis: The three skill sets we combined are 'Operations Analysis', 'Systems Analysis', 'System Evaluation'. The skill sets where chosen because persons in the production department of a company get paid well and people in the production are always required to have the above required qualities mentioned. We are trying to measure the capability of a person in the production department through various phases of it.
