Abstract
The politics of the United States Army are constantly growing/increasing . Junior enlisted American military members are pushed toward leaving the military. This research will present how poorly how the junior enlisted are treated and how the American Army punishes the soldiers for even the most tedious errors. This essay will show evidence that the leaders of today use their ranks for power, so that the joes are always to be blamed for wrong doings. Some may argue that their leadership has always treated them well but they always had one who was toxic. The reader will understand the lack of care by the leadership and how much they do not care about their soldiers in their squad.
