To Mrs. Seri Paulding,

We were despondent to know that the kitchen blender that you purchased from Company Home Appliance Inc. sometimes back had a mechanical problem and didn’t work as expected. We can imagine the frustration that you underwent, and we are humbly sorry for that.

Our company has policies that guide us in dealing with our clients and our suppliers in a situation like this regarding the electrical appliances purchased in our shops. For instance for every electrical device purchased at our store is given a warranty that is valid for sixty days, which is included in the purchase slip. Those are the exact days that our suppliers have allowed us to give to our clients. The sixty days gives the customers ample time to have detected any abnormality behavior with the product purchased. If in the given days the equipment bought does not function accordingly, the company has no choice than to exchange the product for the client. More so the company can take the device to the supplier who repairs it and hands back for collection by the client. In the receipts that we offer have a disclaimer quote that states that, goods once sold are not accepted. Due to our kind gestures, we offer a warranty to our clients to ensure them that the products we sell are of good quality.

In your case, we are regretfully sorry that we cannot accept to exchange, or issue a refund for the blender. It is because the date of purchase as per our records indicates that the blender was sold three months ago, meaning that the warranty expired a month ago. Hence, it will not be accepted by our suppliers due to time expiry.

Thank you very much for your continued support for being our client, and once again we are sorry for the inconveniences.

With regrets

Home Appliances Inc.
