This study is to aim to analyze and evaluate the on-line LG store - http://www.lg.com/hk_en and on-line Apple store - http://www.apple.com/hk/ with seven design elements of the customer interface (7Cs).

Nowadays, LG and Apple are one of the world’s leading and famous consumer electronics companies. An attractive and functional website can provide a platform for consumers to know more the company information and updated products that can increase the sale through the online purchasing. The purposes of this study were: 1) To understand the design concept of LG and Apple on-line store website, and 2) To evaluate the effectiveness of LG and Apple on-line store website with 7Cs.
